Effect of Roy Adaptation Mode Combined with Rehabilitation Exercise Nursing on Postoperative Diabetic Foot Amputation Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of Roy adaptation model combined with rehabilitation exercise nursing on diabetic foot amputation patients.Methods:87 patients with diabetic foot amputation admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=47)according to random number table method. All patients were treated with thigh amputation, the control group was treated with routine nursing after surgery, and the observation group was treated with Roy adaptation mode combined with rehabilitation exercise nursing on the basis of the control group.Prognostic indicators, hope level, complication occurrence and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).The length of hospital stay, incision healing time and first time of getting out of bed in observation group were shorter than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of all dimensions of hope level in 2 groups were higher than those before nurisng, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in 2 groups were higher than those before nurisng, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Roy adaptation mode combined with rehabilitation exercise nursing has a remarkable effect on postoperative application of diabetic foot amputation patients, which can promote the early recovery of patients, enhance their hope level, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
