Effect of Stepped Rehabilitation Nursing on Functional of Knee Joint in Patients with Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury after Surgery under the Concept of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery
Objective:To explore the effect of stepped rehabilitation nursing under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on the functional of knee joint in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury after surgery.Methods:70 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury of knee joint admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation nursing, while the study group was treated with stepped rehabilitation nursing based on ERAS concept. Results:After nursing, the pain score of study group was lower than that of the control group, the qualit of life score was higher than that of the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the Lysholm knee function scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the knee motion was greater than that of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.86%,which was lower than 22.86%in the control group, and the length of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of stepped rehabilitation nursing under the concept of ERAS in the nursing of patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury of the knee can effectively relieve the pain of patients, improve the psychological state, shorten the recovery time of knee function, and accelerate the recovery of patients.
