Analysis of the Value of Finger Flexion Exercise Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Hemiplegia after Stroke
Objective:To investigate the value of finger flexion exercise combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:98 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method, with 49 cases. The control group received comprehensive rehabilitation training, and the study group combined finger flexion exercise on the basis of the control group the neurological function, motor function, ability of daily living and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared the recovery of hand function, upper limb function and finger flexibility were determined. Results:After treatment, the neurological function score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the scores of motor function, daily living ability and the MOS item short form health survey in all dimensions were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05).The recovery rate of hand function and upper limb function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the maximum flexion and extension angle, maximum extension angle and finger range of motion were greater than those in the control group, with statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation training combined with finger flexion exercise can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect of stroke patients with hemiplegia, which has a positive effect on the improvement of patients'motor function, daily living ability and quality of life, and effectively promotes the rehabilitation of finger and upper limb activity function.
