摘要
目的:探讨骨科综合康复护理联合功能锻炼在骨折患者中的应用效果.方法:选取该院 2019年 2月—2021年2月收治的 80例骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 40例.对照组采用骨科综合康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用功能锻炼.比较 2组康复优良性、康复时间、护理满意度.结果:观察组康复优良性为 95.00%,高于对照组的 75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组康复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理总满意度为 92.50%,高于对照组的 67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:骨折患者采用骨科综合康复护理联合功能锻炼,可提高患者康复优良性及护理满意度,缩短其康复时间.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise in patients with fracture.Methods:80 patients with fracture admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received orthopedic comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received functional exercise on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of rehabilitation excellence,rehabilitation time and nursing satisfaction.Results:The value of rehabilitation in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 67.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of orthopaedic comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and functional exercise can improve the patients'rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction,and shorten their rehabilitation time.
