Clinical Effect of Auricular Point Sticking on Postoperative Pain Nursing of Lower Limb Fracture
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of auricular point sticking on postoperative pain nursing of lower limb fracture.Methods:78 patients who underwent lower limb fracture surgery in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with auricular point sticking on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:4,12 and 24 h after operation, the pain scores of the observation group were(3.58±0.76)points,(3.15±0.66)points and(2.54±0.53)points,which were lower than(4.39±0.81)points,(3.82±0.71)points and(3.24±0.49)points of the control group, respectively, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).24 and 48 h after surgery, the pain relief and nausea and vomiting scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the sleep quality and comfort scores were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of auricular point sticking in the nursing of postoperative pain of lower limb fracture can effectively relieve the pain degree, nausea and vomiting of patients, improve the quality of sleep and improve the comfort of patients.
