Application of Emergency Nursing Measures in Patients with Hemorrhagic Shock Caused by Car Accident Trauma
Objective:To explore the application effect of the emergency nursing measures of hemorrhagic shock caused by car accident trauma.Methods:70 patients with hemorrhagic shock caused by car accident trauma admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 35 cases each. The observation group received emergency care, and the reference group received routine care. The nursing effects of 2 groups was compared. Results:The mortality rate of observation group was lower than that of reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of affective factors, role restriction, vital vitality, activity ability, mental health and social ability of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in observation group were higher than those in reference group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with hemorrhagic shock caused by car accident trauma, emergency nursing can improve the success rate of treatment, and further improve the satisfaction of patients and their families on nursing intervention.
