Observation on the Application of First Aid Process Based on Nursing Emergency Plan in Severe Multiple Traumatic Fractures
Objective:To explore the application of emergency procedure based on nursing emergency plan in severe multiple traumatic fractures.Methods:82 patients with severe multiple traumatic fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The first aid process based on nursing emergency plan nursing was adopted in the observation group, and the conventional first aid process was adopted in the control group. The clinical nursing effects of 2 groups were compared. Results:The time of admission to receiving treatment, waiting for admission to hospital, emergency from calling for help to pre-hospital,ICU monitoring, autonomous getting out of bed activity, respiratory rate returning to normal and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of Kolcaba Simplified Comfort Status Scale and the scores of the MOS item short form health survey in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body structure, body function, environmental factors and activity and participation scores of the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health Rehabilitation Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The first aid procedure based on nursing emergency plan has significant effect in the application of severe multiple traumatic fractures, which can effectively shorten the first aid time, promote the recovery of the condition, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
