Effect of Detailed Intervention and Stratified Nursing in the Treatment of Traumatic Ankle Arthritis with External Fixation Combined with Osteophyte Clearing
Objective:For patients with traumatic ankle arthritis who received external fixation combined with osteophyte clearing, detailed intervention and stratified care were carried out in perioperative nursing work to explore the value of alleviating postoperative swelling and pain, improving negative mood and sleep quality of patients.Methods:80 patients with traumatic ankle arthritis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases. All the samples received external fixation combined with osteophyte clearing treatment. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group received detailed intervention and stratified nursing. The nursing effect of 2 groups was compared. Results:On the 1st and 2nd day after operation, there were no significant differences in swelling degree between the two groups(P>0.05).3 to 6 days after operation, the swelling degree score of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1st and 2nd day after operation, there were no significant differences in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).3 to 6 days after operation, pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the negative emotion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the sleep quality, sleeping time, sleeping time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, hypnotic drugs, daytime dysfunction scores and total scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with traumatic ankle arthritis who received external fixation combined with osteophyte clearing, detailed intervention and stratified care in the perioperative nursing work can significantly alleviate the degree of postoperative swelling and pain, and improve their negative emotions and sleep quality.
