Study on Perioperative Nursing Effects of Spinal Thoracolumbar Fractures Combined with Pelvic Fractures
Objective:To analysis of perioperative nursing outcomes for spinal thoracolumbar fracture combined with pelvic fracture.Methods:100 patients with spinal thoracolumbar fractures combined with pelvic fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects, divided them into a routine perioperative nursing group and a holistic perioperative nursing group using a random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The routine perioperative nursing group receives routine perioperative nursing for thoracolumbar and pelvic fractures, while the holistic perioperative nursing group receives postoperative holistic perioperative nursing for thoracolumbar and pelvic fractures. The satisfaction, surgical time, average healing time for thoracolumbar and pelvic fractures, length of hospital stay, surgical blood loss, negative emotions, pain level, quality of life, lower limb venous blood flow velocity, incidence of pulmonary infection, and sequelae of spinal cord injury between two groups were compared. Results:The satisfaction level of the holistic perioperative nursing group is higher than that of the routine perioperative nursing group, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the holistic perioperative nursing group had lower negative emotions and pain scores than the routine perioperative nursing group, higher quality of life scores than the routine perioperative nursing group, and faster lower limb venous blood flow velocity than the routine perioperative nursing group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The holistic perioperative nursing group had shorter surgical time, average healing time for thoracolumbar and pelvic fractures, shorter hospital stay compared to the routine perioperative nursing group, and lower surgical blood loss compared to the routine perioperative nursing group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pulmonary infection and spinal cord injury sequelae in the holistic perioperative nursing group was lower than that in the routine perioperative nursing group, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic perioperative nursing plays a good role in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine combined with pelvic fractures, reducing the incidence of pulmonary infections and spinal cord injury sequelae, shortening surgical time, alleviating negative emotions in patients, and improving prognosis.
