Application Effect Analysis of Primary Nursing Quality Control Combined with Negative Pressure Closed Drainage in Patients with Limb Fracture
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of primary nursing quality control combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in patients with limb fractures.Methods:63 patients with limb fracture surgery admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of 1:1 random coin toss,they were divided into a quality control group(n=32)and a reference group(n=31).The two groups were given vacuum sealing drainage,the reference group was given routine nursing,and the quality control group was added with primary nursing quality control for 14 days.The prognosis effect of the two groups was compared.Results:All patients successfully completed VSD.During 14 days of nursing,the incidence of complications such as wound necrosis,wound infection,pressure ulcer and venous thrombosis in the quality control group was 3.13%,which was lower than 19.35%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative wound healing time and postoperative hospital stay of the quality control group were shorter than those of the reference group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain Visual Analogue Scale scores of the quality control group on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14th day of nursing were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 14th day of nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the quality control group was 100.00%,which was higher than 83.30%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of primary nursing quality control combined with VSD in patients with limb fractures can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the postoperative wound healing time and postoperative hospital stay of patients,relieve the pain of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
