The Application Value of Professional Bundles Strategy Nursing in the Nursing of Fractures Combined with Splenic Injury
Objective:Exploring and analyzing the application value of professional Bundles strategy nursing in the nursing of fractures combined with splenic injury.Methods:76 patients with fractures combined with splenic injury admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects,according to the 1:1 principle of random envelope drawing,they were divided into a Bundles group and a control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the Bundles group received professional Bundles strategy nursing during the perioperative period on the basis of the control group.The nursing observation time for both groups was 14 days.Record the prognosis recovery,psychological changes,complications,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the Bundles group was less than that in the control group,and the surgical time,postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative anal defecation time,postoperative mobilization time,and postoperative hospital stay were all shorter than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the Bundles group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the Bundles group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the Bundles group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of professional Bundles strategy nursing in the nursing of fractures combined with splenic injury can promote patient recovery,reduce trauma,alleviate anxiety and depression,improve safety,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and make patients more satisfied.
