Analysis of Nursing Effect of Pain Nursing Combined with Nutrition Intervention on Patients with Osteoporosis and Low Back Pain in Perimenopause
Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of pain nursing combined with nutrition intervention on patients with low back pain due to osteoporosis in perimenopause.Methods:80 patients with perimenopausal osteoporosis and low back pain admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as research objects, and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received pain nursing combined with nutrition intervention nursing on the basis of the control group. The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:30 and 90 days after nursing, the VAS scores of waist and back in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the ADL scores were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).90 days after nursing, the levels of serum prealbumin, serum total protein, human blood albumin, hemoglobin, transferrin and blood phosphorus in observation group were higher than those in control group, while the levels of blood calcium and alkaline phosphatase were lower than those in control group, with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical nursing of patients with osteoporosis and low back pain in perimenopause, pain nursing combined with nutrition intervention can alleviate the degree of low back pain, improve the nutritional indexes of patients, adjust the levels of blood phosphorus, blood calcium and alkaline phosphatase, and improve their daily life ability.
