保守药物治疗方式对急性膝关节痛风性关节炎的效果分析

摘要
目的:临床分析保守药物治疗方式对急性膝关节痛风性关节炎的疗效.方法:抽取我院2019年12月—2022年12月收治的 80例急性膝关节痛风性关节炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其氛围对照组和试验组,每组 40例.其中对照组使用非布司他治疗,试验组在对照组基础上增加碳酸氢钠治疗.比较 2组患者的临床疗效、炎症因子水平、血清生化指标、关节疼痛度.结果:试验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者的IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者的UA、Cr、BUN水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者的关节疼痛度评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:急性膝关节痛风性关节炎患者采用非布司他联合碳酸氢钠治疗可提高疗效,改善炎症因子水平及血清生化指标,减轻关节疼痛度.
Abstract
Objective:Clinical analysis of the therapeutic effect of conservative drug therapy on acute gouty arthritis of the knee joint.Methods:80 patients with acute gouty arthritis of the knee joint admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,divided the atmosphere control group and experimental group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with febuxostat,while the experimental group received additional treatment with sodium bicarbonate in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,serum biochemical indicators,and Joint pain level between two groups of patients were compared.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,IL-6,CRP,and TNF-α in two groups of patients the levels were all lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of UA,Cr,and BUN in both groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the joint pain scores of both groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of febuxostat combined with sodium bicarbonate in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis of the knee joint can improve efficacy,improve levels of inflammatory factors and serum biochemical indicators,alleviate joint pain.
