摘要
目的:探讨内固定联合椎体成形术对脊柱骨折患者Frankel功能分级的影响.方法:选择该院 2021年 8月—2022年 11月收治的 95例脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=47)与观察组(n=48).对照组采用内固定治疗,观察组采用内固定联合椎体成形术治疗.对比 2组生活质量、临床疗效、椎体前缘高度及疼痛程度、Frankel分级.结果:治疗后,观察组生活质量的各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率为 97.92%,高于对照组 85.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组椎体前缘高度高于对照组,视觉模拟评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组Frankel功能分级E级为40例,高于对照组的31例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:脊柱骨折患者采用内固定联合椎体成形术治疗效果显著,可提升患者生活质量、减轻其疼痛程度,具有应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty on Frankel functional grading in patients with spinal fracture.Methods:95 patients with spinal fracture admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group(n=47)and an observation group(n=48)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty.The quality of life,clinical efficacy,vertebral anterior margin height and pain degree,Frankel grade were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than 85.11%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vertebral anterior margin height in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the visual analog score was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were 40 cases of Frankel functional classification E in the observation group,which was higher than 31 cases in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of internal fixation and vertebroplasty in the treatment of spinal fracture patients has significant effect,which can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the pain degree of patients,and has practical value.
