超声引导腰椎旁射频治疗坐骨神经痛对患者腰背痛功能障碍和炎症因子表达的影响

摘要
目的:探讨与分析超声引导腰椎旁射频治疗坐骨神经痛对患者腰背痛功能障碍和炎症因子表达的影响.方法:选取 2020年 2月—2023年 1月我院收治的 68例坐骨神经痛患者作为研究对象,根据 1:1 随机数字表法将研究对象分为射频组与对照组,各 34例.对照组采用常规药物治疗,射频组在对照组基础上采用超声引导腰椎旁射频治疗,2组均治疗观察 14 d.对比 2组患者的腰背痛功能障碍状况和疼痛程度、炎症因子及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗 3、7、14 d后,射频组VAS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗 14 d后,2组血清白细胞介素-6和C-反应蛋白含量均低于治疗前,且射频组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗 14 d后,2组腰背痛功能障碍评分均低于治疗前,且射频组腰背痛功能障碍评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:超声引导腰椎旁射频治疗坐骨神经痛能促进缓解疼痛,且不会增加不良反应的发生率,能抑制炎症因子的释放,还可改善患者的腰背痛功能障碍状况.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the effects of ultrasound-guided lumbar para-radiofrequency therapy on sciatica dysfunction and expression of inflammatory factors in patients with low back pain.Methods:68 patients with sciatica treated in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to 1:1 random number table method,the study objects were divided into radio frequency group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the radiofrequency group was treated with ultrasound-guided radiofrequency therapy for lumbar spine on the basis of the control group.Both groups were observed for 14 days.The dysfunction of low back pain,pain degree,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3,7 and 14 days of treatment,VAS scores in the radiofrequency group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,serum interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein contents in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the radiofrequency group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the low back pain dysfunction scores of 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the low back pain dysfunction scores of radiofrequency group were lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided lumbar para-radiofrequency therapy for sciatica can promote pain relief without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,inhibit the release of inflammatory factors,and improve the functional dysfunction of patients with low back pain.
