摘要
目的:探讨Orem自护模式对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的影响.方法:选取 2018年 6月—2023年 5月我院收治的 100例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 50例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用Orem自护模式.对比 2组并发症发生情况、疼痛程度、血清C反应蛋白水平、白细胞计数、生活质量.结果:护理后,观察组并发症总发生率为 2.00%,低于对照组的 14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组血清C反应蛋白水平、视觉模拟评分均较护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组白细胞计数均较护理前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量的各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用Orem自护模式效果显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛,减轻炎症反应,降低并发症发生率,提高其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Orem self-care model on elderly patients with femoral trochanteric fracture.Methods:100 elderly patients with trochanteric fracture of femur treated in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,observation group was treated with Orem self-care mode.The incidence of complications,pain degree,serum C-reactive protein level,white blood cell count and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.00%,lower than 14.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum C-reactive protein level and visual analogue score of 2 groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The white blood cell count of the two groups was higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orem self-care mode is effective in elderly patients with trochanteric fracture of femur,which can effectively relieve pain,reduce inflammation,reduce complication rate and improve their quality of life.
