温针灸结合电脑中频刺激对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果
Therapeutic Effect of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Computer Intermediate Frequency Stimulation on Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

摘要
目的:探讨温针灸结合电脑中频刺激对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的治疗效果.方法:选择 2021年 1月—2023年 1月本院收治的160例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,根据1:1 分配原则将患者分为联合组与对照组,各80例,对照组采用温针灸治疗,联合组在对照组基础上采用电脑中频刺激,2组均治疗观察 4周,对比 2组患者的治疗效果.结果:治疗第 1、2、4周,联合组VAS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).联合组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,2组血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP含量均低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:温针灸结合电脑中频刺激用于腰椎间盘突出症患者能减少并发症,改善炎症,缓解患者疼痛.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture combined with computer medium frequency stimulation on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:160 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as research objects,and the patients were divided into the combination group and the control group according to the 1:1 allocation principle,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received warm acupuncture treatment,and the combination group received computer medium frequency stimulation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and VAS score of the two groups were compared.Results:At the 1st,2nd and 4th week of treatment,VAS scores in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of combination group was lower than that of control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-6,TNF-αand CRP contents in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of warm acupuncture combined with computer medium frequency stimulation in patients with lumbar disc herniation can reduce the occurrence of complications,improve inflammation and promote pain relief.
