脊柱定点旋扳复位手法联合小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果观察
Observation on the Curative Effect of Spinal Fixation Manipulation Combined with Small Acupotomy in the Treatment of Cervical Radiculopathy

摘要
目的:探讨脊柱定点旋扳复位手法联合小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效.方法:选择 2018年 2月—2023年1月酒泉市第二人民医院接受治疗的290例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各145例.对照组采用脊柱定点旋扳复位手法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小针刀治疗,2组均持续治疗 1个月.观察与记录2组疼痛程度、临床疗效、生存质量、前屈及后伸活动度.结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为97.90%,高于对照组的 89.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组椎矢状面前屈、后伸活动度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生存质量的各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:脊柱定点旋扳复位手法联合小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病效果显著,可缓解患者疼痛,提高患者椎矢状面前屈、后伸活动度,改善其生存质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of spinal fixed point rotary reduction combined with small acupotomy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:290 patients with cervical radiculopathy who received treatment in Jiuquan Second People's Hospital from February 2018 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 145 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fixed-point spinal manipulation,and the observation group was treated with small needle knife on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The pain degree,clinical efficacy,quality of life,range of flexion and extension were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.90%,which was higher than 89.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The range of sagittal flexion and extension of vertebrae in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cervical radiculopathy with spinal-point manipulation combined with small needle-knife is effective,which can relieve the pain of patients,improve the range of sagittal anterior flexion and posterior extension of patients,and improve their quality of life.
