摘要

目的:分析64排多层螺旋CT三维及重建技术对于肋骨骨折诊断的价值.方法:选取本院2019年6月—2021年6月收治的 68例肋骨骨折患者为研究对象,所有患者均使用X线检查及 64排多层螺旋CT三维及重建技术检查,并对检查结果进行观察对比.结果:64排多层螺旋CT检查下肋骨及肋软骨骨折检出率、肋骨骨折部位及数量检出率、肋骨骨折类型检出率、图像质量优良率均高于X线检查,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:使用 64排多层螺旋CT三维及重建技术在临床中对肋骨骨折进行诊断,具有较高的临床价值,能够把肋骨骨折部位的形态立体地呈现出来,能直观地了解骨折程度,检出率更高.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the value of 64-slice multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional and reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of rib fractures.Methods:68 patients with rib fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by X-ray examination and 64-slice multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional and reconstruction technology,and the examination results were observed and compared.Results:The detection rate of rib and costal cartilage fractures,the location and number of rib fractures,the type of rib fractures,and the excellent and good rate of image quality by 64-slice multi-slice spiral CT were significantly higher than those by X-ray examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of 64-slice multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional and reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of rib fractures has high clinical value,which can show the shape of the rib fracture in three dimensions,can intuitively understand the degree of fracture,and the detection rate is higher.
