Application Value of Multi-Slice Spiral CT 3D Reconstruction in the Diagnosis of Degenerative Knee Joint Injury in Elderly Patients
Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of multi-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of degenerative knee joint injury in the elderly.Methods:86 elderly patients with degenerative knee joint injury treated in Junan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects. All patients were given multi-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction and arthroscopy, and the results of arthroscopic surgery were used as the gold standard to record the imaging features.Results:Three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT showed joint effusion in 81 cases, meniscal degeneration in 76 cases, bone change in 71 cases, air sign in 67 cases, free body in 73 cases, bilateral sign in 71 cases, accounting for 94.19%,88.37%,82.56%,77.91%,84.88%,82.56%,respectively.Among the 86 patients,multi-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction was judged as joint injury grade 1 in 56 cases, grade 2 in 20 cases, grade 3 in 6 cases, and grade 4 in 4 cases. There were 52 cases of joint injury in grade 1,22 cases in grade 2,8 cases in grade 3,and 4 cases in grade 4 by arthroscopy. There was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).The accuracy and sensitivity of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of degenerative knee injury in elderly patients were 95.35% .ROC curve showed that the area under the diagnosis curve of degenerative knee injury in elderly patients with multi-slice spiral CT was 0.834(95% CI:0.782~0.966).Conclusion:The application of multi-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of elderly knee degenerative injury can clearly show the characteristics of the lesions, which has high diagnostic value, and can be used as an important examination method for elderly knee degenerative injury.
