Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of Bone Marrow Cell and Platelet Parameters in Blood Diseases
Objective:Analysis of the value of combined detection of platelet parameters and bone marrow cells in clinical diagnosis of blood disease patients.Methods:96 patients with blood diseases admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Among them, there were 32 cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,35 cases of acute leukemia, and 29 cases of aplastic anemia were included in Group A,Group B,and Group C,respectively.30 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected and included in the control group.Joint detection of platelet parameters and various indicators of bone marrow cells, comparison and analysis of detection results. Results:Compared with the control group, the levels of PCT and PLT in groups A,B,and C were significantly lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The degree of bone marrow proliferation in Group C patients decreased significantly, while Group A and Group B were relatively active; The A and B and C groups of megakaryocytes are classified as immature, while the control group is classified as mature plate producing; The main distribution of platelets in Group A,Group B,and Group C is occasional, while the control group has paired distribution. Conclusion:The combined detection of platelet parameters and bone marrow cells in patients with hematological diseases can make accurate judgments on the patient's blood levels and bone marrow cell conditions, and can distinguish hematological diseases. The value of combined detection is high.
