Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of"J-Type Needle Knife"on Plantar Fasciitis Type Calcaneal Pain
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of"J-type needle knife"on plantar fasciitis type calcaneal pain.Methods:72 patients with plantar fasciitis type calcaneal pain in our hospital and partner hospitals from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional acupotomy. The treatment group was treated with J-type acupotomy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results:There was no significant difference in the score of AOFAS between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05);One month after treatment, the score of AOFAS was improved compared with those before treatment in both groups, and the treatment group was better than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);and VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment one month after treatment, and VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in 2 groups.Conclusion:"J-type needle knife"in the treatment of plantar fascia type calcaneal pain is helpful to improve the effective rate, reduce pain, improve ankle-hind foot function, and do not increase adverse reactions.
