腕踝针联合五音疗法对脊柱外科患者围手术期镇痛效果的影响

摘要
目的:观察腕踝针联合五音疗法对脊柱外科患者围手术期镇痛效果的影响.方法:选择 2020年 2月—2020年11月于我院接受脊柱外科手术的 70例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组 35例.对照组采用脊柱围术期常规的镇痛治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用腕踝针联合五音疗法进行镇痛治疗.比较2组患者手术切口的疼痛程度、围手术期应用止痛药镇痛的总次数、围手术期焦虑程度及镇痛过程中不良反应发生情况.结果:术后第1、2、3天,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术前与术后接受止痛药镇痛人数均少于对照组,术后焦虑评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组镇痛过程中发生头晕、恶心、呕吐的不良反应发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:腕踝针联合五音疗法能有效减轻脊柱外科患者围手术期的疼痛程度并明显减少止痛药物使用,且安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with five-tone therapy on perioperative analgesia in spinal surgery patients.Methods:70 patients who received spinal surgery in our hospital from February 2020 to November 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into an observation group and a control groups with 35 cases in each group by random number method.The control group was given perioperative routine analgesic treatment and nursing,and the observation group was given wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with five-tone therapy on the basis of the control group.The pain degree of surgical incision,the total number of perioperative analgesics,perioperative anxiety degree and the occurrence of adverse reactions during analgesia were compared between the two groups.Results:On the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after operation,VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of patients in the observation group before and after surgery was lower than that in the control group,and the postoperative anxiety score was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of dizziness,nausea and vomiting during analgesia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with five-tone therapy can effectively reduce the degree of perioperative pain in spinal surgery patients and significantly reduce the number of analgesic drugs used,with high safety.
