Analysis of the Influence of Different Exercise Modes on Cardiopulmonary Function and Prognosis of Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective:To explore the influence of different exercise methods on cardiopulmonary function and prognosis of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Tianjin Binhai New Area Dagang Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method, the patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. At the same time of conventional treatment, the control group received aerobic exercise treatment, and the experimental group received resistance exercise combined with aerobic exercise treatment. Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks. The heart function indexes, lung function indexes,6 min walking test distance and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results:After 12 weeks of treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction of both groups was higher than before treatment, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter were shorter than before treatment, and the experimental group was shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in the friest second of both groups were higher than before treatment, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the 6 min walking test distance of both groups was longer than before treatment, and the length of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group, the scores of Minnesota heart failure quality of life questionnaire of both groups were lower than before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Resistance exercise combined with aerobic exercise can significantly improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients with chronic heart failure, and thus improve the quality of life of patients.
