Effect Analysis of Proxime Iodide Injection in Emergency Treatment of Patients with Pesticide Poisoning
Objective:To investigate the effect of proxime iodide injection in emergency treatment of patients with pesticide poisoning. Methods:A total of 90 patients with pesticide poisoning admitted to Songyuan Central Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method, the patients were divided into a control group and a study group, with 45 cases in each group. All patients were treated with body surface pesticide cleaning, gastric lavage, catharsis and electrolyte supplementation. The control group was treated with atropine sulfate injection, and the study group was treated with proxime iodide injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, recovery time of cholinesterase activity, length of hospital stay and nerve function of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.56%,which was higher than 82.22%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of cholinesterase activity and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Seven days after treatment, the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the study group were faster than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous infusion of pralidoxime iodide in emergency treatment of patients with pesticide poisoning can improve clinical efficacy, shorten recovery time and improve neurological function.
