Clinical Observation of Specific Respiratory Function Training in Patients with Severe Heart Failure
Objective:To investigate the effect of specific respiratory function training in patients with severe heart failure. Methods:A total of 92 patients with severe heart failure admitted to Dayu County People's Hospital from July 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received conventional drug treatment, and the observation group received specific respiratory training treatment on the basis of the control group. Both groups received continuous treatment for 1 month. The clinical efficacy, respiratory function, heart function, daily living ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 82.61%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of B-type brain natriuretic peptide and modified version of the Medical Research Council dyspnea scale Scale were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of left ventricular ejection fraction, modified Barthel Index and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 were higher than those in the observation group than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of specific respiratory function training in patients with severe heart failure is effective, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, promote the improvement of respiratory function and heart function, effectively enhance the daily life ability of patients, and improve their quality of life.
