Vitapex糊剂根管充填治疗乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎患儿的效果分析

摘要
目的:探究Vitapex糊剂对乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎患儿治疗的效果.方法:选择 2020年 3月—2023年 3月兰陵县人民医院口腔科治疗的 82例乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和试验组,各 41例.对照组采用氢氧化钙粉剂根管充填治疗,试验组采用Vitapex糊剂根管充填治疗.比较两组充填效率、临床疗效、血清炎症因子、疼痛程度及咀嚼功能.结果:试验组恰填率及治疗总有效率分别为 92.96%和 97.56%,均高于对照组的75.61%和 80.49%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后 3个月,两组炎症因子指标水平、疼痛评分均较治疗前降低,且试验组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后 3个月,两组咀嚼效率及咬合力均较治疗前提高,且试验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:选用Vitapex糊剂对乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎患儿进行根管充填治疗,有助于提高充填效率及治疗总有效率,缓解牙根尖炎性反应及疼痛程度,提高咀嚼功能.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of To investigate the effect of analysis of root canal filling with vitapex paste in treatment of Child patients with deciduous sinus type chronic periapical inflammation.Methods:A total of 82 children with deciduous sinus type chronic periapical inflammation treated in the stomatology department of Lanling County People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given Calcium Hydroxide powder filling treatment,the experimental group was given Vitapex paste root canal filling treatment.The filling efficiency,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors,pain degree and masticatory function were compared between the two groups.Results:The exact filling rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were 92.96%and 97.56%,respectively,which were higher than 75.61%and 80.49%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after treatment,inflammatory factor indexes levels and pain scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the masticatory efficiency and biting force of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The selection of Vitapex paste for root canal filling in children with deciduous sinus type chronic periapical inflammation is helpful to improve the filling efficiency and the total effective rate,relieve the apical inflammatory reaction and pain degree,and improve the masticatory function.
