Analysis of the Effect of Transsection and Closure of Distal Hernia Sac on Postoperative Serum Swelling
Objective:To investigate the effect of transsection and closure of distal hernia sac on postoperative serum swelling. Methods:Fifty patients with oblique inguinal hernia treated in Urumqi Midong Distnict Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group underwent complete dissection of the distal hernia sac,and the experimental group underwent transsection and closure of the distal hernia sac.The perioperative indexes and the occurrence of short-term and long-term complications were compared between the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences in operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative seroma in the experimental group was 4.00%,which was lower than 32.00%in the control group in the short term complications, and the incidence of foreign body sensation in the long term complications was 4.00%,which was lower than 32.00%in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with complete dissection of the distal hernia sac,the transsection, and closure of the distal hernia sac during the operation significantly reduces the probability of postoperative seroma and foreign body sensation, which can alleviate trauma, have high safety and have certain application value.
