Effect Analysis of Laparoscopic Herniorrhaphy in the Treatment of Unilateral Oblique Inguinal Hernia by Different Herniorrhaphy Methods
Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic herniorrhaphy in the treatment of unilateral oblique inguinal hernia by different herniorrhaphy methods. Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed,a total of 108 patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair admitted to the People's Hospital of Anyuan County, from March 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into an exfoliation group(n=41)and a transsection group(n=67)according to different herniorrhaphy methods. The dissection group underwent complete hernia sac dissection, and the transverse hernia sac dissection group underwent transverse hernia sac dissection.Perioperative indexes, serum oxidative stress indexes before and after surgery, and complication rates of the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with the exfoliation group, the operation time, postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay in the transsection group were shorter, the hospitalization cost was less, and the pain Visual Analogue Scale score at 1 and 3 days after surgery was lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation, there was no significant difference in serum oxidative stress indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,Compared with the exfoliation group, the total antioxidant capacity of the transsection group was higher, and the malondialdehyde,β-endorphin and cortisol of the transverse group were lower, with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In laparoscopic hernia repair, the treatment of unilateral oblique inguinal hernia by transecting hernia sac is helpful to shorten the operation time, postoperative activity time, hospital stay, reduce hospital expenses, reduce pain, reduce serum oxidative stress reaction, safety was guaranteed.
