中文摘要：目的:探究抗IgE单克隆抗体联合吸入性激素及屋尘螨变应原脱敏治疗对尘螨过敏支气管哮喘患者的影响。方法:选择 2021年 4月—2023年 4月烟台业达医院收治的 60例尘螨过敏BA患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组 30例。对照组采用布地奈德福莫特罗吸入粉雾剂及屋尘螨变应原制剂治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合抗IgE单克隆抗体治疗，对比两组临床治疗总有效率、肺功能相关指标、气道炎症指标、症状评分和不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率为 96。67%，高于对照组的 73。33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗后，研究组第 1秒用力呼气容积高于对照组，呼气峰流速快于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组呼出气一氧化氮低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗后，研究组日间、夜间评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组不良反应发生率为 3。33%，低于对照组的 6。67%，但差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论:对于尘螨过敏BA患者，采用吸入激素、屋尘螨变应原制剂联合IgE单克隆抗体治疗，可以有效控制哮喘症状，减少复发，稳定改善患者肺功能，临床治疗效果好，且治疗方法安全性高。

外文摘要：Objective:To investigate the effect of anti-ige monoclonal antibody combined with inhaled hormone and house dust mite allergen desensitization on bronchial asthma patients with dust mite allergy.Methods:A total of 60 BA patients with dust mite allergy admitted to Yantai Yeda Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalant and house dust mite allergens preparation,and the research group was treated with anti-IGE monoclonal antibody on the basis of the control group.The total clinical treatment response rate,lung function related indexes,airway inflammation indexes,symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in the first second of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the peak expiratory velocity was faster than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Exhaled nitric oxide in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the daytime and night scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%,which was lower than 6.67%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For BA patients with dust mite allergy,the treatment of inhaled hormone and house dust mite allergen preparation combined with IgE monoclonal antibody can effectively control asthma symptoms,reduce recurrence,and steadily improve lung function of patients.The clinical treatment effect is good,and the treatment method is high safety.
