Effect Analysis of Functional Tape in Rehabilitation Treatment after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction and Meniscus Repair
Objective:To investigate the application effect of functional tape in rehabilitation treatment of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and meniscus repair.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction or meniscus repair from the Luoding People's Hospital from June 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group by odd-even number drawing method,with 30 cases or each group.The control group received the standard rehabilitation procedure training intervention,and the study group received the functional tape intervention base on the control group.The knee function and intervention effect of the two groups were compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Lsyholm knee score between the two groups(P>0.05);at 6 and 9 weeks after intervention,Lsyholm knee score in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of intervention in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction or meniscus repair the application of functional tape can achieve better rehabilitation treatment effect.
