Effect of Continuous Static Stretension Training Combined with Targeted Autonomous Training on Elbow Joint Range of Motion in Patients with Elbow Joint Fractures
Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous static extension training combined with targeted autonomous training in patients with elbow joint fracture. Methods:A total of 80 patients with elbow joint fracture admitted to Tianjin Hospital from April 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training intervention, and the experimental group received continuous static drafting training combined with targeted autonomous training intervention. Both groups received continuous training intervention for 12 weeks. The recovery time, elbow motion, pain, elbow function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the time of elbow joint function improvement and fracture healing in the experimental groups were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);elbow joint flexion and extension forearm pronation and supination motion of both groups were greater than before intervention, the experimental group was greater than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of pain in both groups were lower than before intervention, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);the score of Mayo elbow joint function scoring system in both groups was higher than before intervention, the experimental group was higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);the score of Barthel Index score in both groups were higher than before intervention, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous static extension training combined with targeted autonomous training intervention can promote postoperative recovery, expand elbow joint motion, enhance daily living ability, reduce pain, and improve elbow joint function.
