Application Effect Analysis of Respiratory Function Training in Rehabilitation Nursing of Children with Pneumonia
Objective:To explore the effect of respiratory function training in rehabilitation nursing of children with pneumonia. Methods:A total of 62 children with pneumonia admitted to Tianjin 4th Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the order of admission, the children were divided into a control group and an observation group.Thirty-one children admitted first were taken as the control group, and Thirty-one children admitted later were taken as the observation group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group received respiratory function training on the basis of the control group.Lung function, related time indexes, complications and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:seven days after nursing, the forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume at the first second in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the maximum expiratory velocity was faster than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Normal body temperature, persistent cough and sputum, disappearance of lung rales and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.23%,which was lower than 19.35%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The family nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than 77.42%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of rehabilitation nursing for children with pneumonia, adding respiratory function training on the basis of routine rehabilitation nursing is a relatively ideal nursing plan, which is conducive to the improvement of lung function of children, reducing the incidence of complications and shortening the recovery and hospitalization time of children, and the satisfaction of family members is high.
