Analysis of Rehabilitation Effect of Timing Theory Nursing Combined with Facial Muscle Rehabilitation Training on Facial Nerve Function in Patients with Peripheral Facial Paralysis
Objective:To explore the effect of timing theory nursing combined with facial muscle rehabilitation training on facial nerve function rehabilitation in patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with peripheral facial palsy treated in Yicheng District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City, from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received timing theory nursing combined with facial muscle rehabilitation training, and both groups received nursing for 6 months.Facial nerve function, negative emotion, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the House-Brackmann in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in both groups were lower than before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);the scores of physical function and social function of facial disability index in the observation group were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 76.47%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Timing theory nursing combined with facial muscle rehabilitation training can improve facial nerve function, reduce negative emotions, improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction in patients with peripheral facial paralysis.
