细节护理对精神分裂症康复期患者的干预效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨细节护理对精神分裂症康复期患者的干预效果.方法:选取 2020年 1月—2022年 1月天津市滨海新区塘沽安定医院收治的 60例精神分裂症康复期患者作为研究对象,利用电脑随机匹配的方式将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.其中对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组则在对照组基础上采用细节护理模式.比较两组噎食和跌倒事件的发生率及生活质量.结果:观察组噎食、跌倒事件的发生率为 16.67%,低于对照组的 63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组生活质量评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对精神分裂症康复期患者给予细节护理干预,能够有效降低患者噎食、跌倒的发生率,提高患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of detailed nursing on convalescent schizophrenic patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia in the convalescent period admitted to Tianjin Binhai New District Tanggu Anding Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group by computer random matching method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the experimental group adopted the detailed nursing mode on this basis.The incidence of choking and falling events and quality of life scores before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of choking and falling in the experimental group was 16.67%,which was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving detailed nursing intervention to patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse risk events such as choking and falling,and improve the life quality of patients.
