Analysis of Intervention Effect of Detailed Nursing on Convalescent Schizophrenic Patients
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of detailed nursing on convalescent schizophrenic patients. Methods:A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia in the convalescent period admitted to Tianjin Binhai New District Tanggu Anding Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group by computer random matching method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted the routine nursing mode, and the experimental group adopted the detailed nursing mode on this basis. The incidence of choking and falling events and quality of life scores before and after care were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of choking and falling in the experimental group was 16.67%,which was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than before nursing, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving detailed nursing intervention to patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse risk events such as choking and falling, and improve the life quality of patients.
