Progress in the Application of Different Local Anesthetic Adjuvants in Peripheral Nerve Block
Ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block is widely used in clinical anesthesia and postoperative analgesia. At present, how to shorten the acting time of peripheral nerve block, prolong the acting time of local anesthetics, reduce the toxic reaction of local anesthetics and enhance the effect of peripheral nerve block is a hot issue that clinical anesthesiologists pay attention to.In order to shorten the effective time of peripheral nerve block anesthesia, enhance the effect of block and prolong the action time of block, many scholars have tried to add a variety of adjuvants to local anesthetics, analyzed and compared the effect of using different local anesthetic adjuvants, and whether the block action time is prolonged. In this paper, the application and research progress of different local anesthetic adjuvants in peripheral nerve block in recent years will be reviewed,in order to provide guidance for clinical anesthesiologists in peripheral nerve block.
