Research Progress on the Role of Exosome MiR-155-5p in the Proliferation and Invasion of Cancer Cells
Exosome miR-155-5p,as a micrornas widely present in many cell types, plays an important role in regulating gene expression, cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis.Studies have shown that Exosome miR-155-5p is highly expressed in a variety of cancer cells and is closely related to malignant behaviors such as cancer cell proliferation, invasion, and metastasis. Therefore,it is of great significance and application value to study the role of exosome miR-155-5p in the proliferation and invasion of cancer cells. This review aims to provide an overview of exosomes and miR-155-5p,analyze the mechanism of exosomes miR-155-5p in cancer cell proliferation and invasion in detail, explore its specific role in different types of cancer, and evaluate its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. In order to provide theoretical basis and research ideas for further understanding the mechanism of action and clinical application of exosome miR-155-5p in cancer cells.
