Effect of Alteplase Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy on Patients with Mild Ischemic Stroke
Objective:To study the effect of Alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy on patients with mild ischemic stroke. Methods:A total of 80 patients with mild ischemic stroke admitted to the Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an experimental group by random drawing method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment, and the experimental group received Alteplase thrombolytic therapy on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, occurrence of adverse reactions, degree of nerve defect,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment, the score of Barthel Index and the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.50%,which was lower than 10.00%in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Alteplase thrombolytic therapy can achieve good results in the treatment of patients with mild ischemic stroke, which is beneficial to restore the neurological function of patients, improve the quality of life and self-care ability, and has good application value.
