Effect of New Bobath Technology Combined with Xuesaitong Tablet on Treatment in Patients with Hemorrhagic Stroke
Objective:To explore the application effect of new Bobath technology combined with Xuesaitong Tablet on treatment in patients with hemorrhagic stroke.Methods:A total of 90 hemorrhagic stroke patients treated in Zhaozhuang Yicheng District People's Hospital from February 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and a research group by sealed envelope method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were given oral Xuesaitong Tablets,the control group combined with routine exercise training treatment,and the research group combined with the new Bobath technology treatment on the basis of the control group.The walking stability,motor function and quality of life of the two groups were compared..Results:After 3 months of treatment,the scores of Tinetti Gait Assessment Scale,Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale,Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Diseases-Stroke in the research group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new Bobath technology combined with Xuesaitong Tablet in teatment of patients with hemorrhagic stroke can improve the walking stability and motor function and improve their quality of life.
