Effects of Thoracoscopic Nickel-Titanium Shape Memory Alloy Bone Plate Fixation on Perioperative Indexes and Pulmonary Ventilation Function in Patients with Multiple Rib Fractures
Objective:To investigate the effects of thoracoscopic nickel-titanium shape memory alloy bone plate fixation on perioperative indexes and pulmonary ventilation function in patients with multiple rib fractures. Methods:A total of 64 patients with multiple rib fracture treated in Yicheng District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 32 cases in each group. The study group underwent thoracoscopic nickel-titanium shape memory alloy bone plate internal fixation, and the control group underwent traditional thoracotomy internal fixation. The perioperative indexes and pulmonary ventilation function of the two groups were compared. Results:The operation time, postoperative drainage time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation, the vital capacity, forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume of one second in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thoracoscopic nickel-titanium shape memory alloy bone plate fixation in the treatment of multiple rib fractures can effectively improve perioperative indexes and pulmonary ventilation function.
