Effects of Health Education Combined with Mindful Cancer Rehabilitation Training Based on Theory of Planned Behavior on Mental Resilience and Cancer-Related Fatigue in Patients with Lung Cancer During Postoperative Chemotherapy
Objective:To explore the effects of health education combined with mindful cancer rehabilitation training based on planned behavior theory of planned behavior on mental resilience and cancer-related fatigue in patients with lung cancer during postoperative chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 96 patients with lung cancer treated in Linyi Cancer Hospital from October 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the study group received health education based on planned behavior theory combined with mindful cancer rehabilitation training intervention on the basis of the control group,all patients were nursed for 3 months.Mental resilience,cancer-related fatigue and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of toughness,self-improvement and optimism in the Connor-Davidson Resilience scale of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical fatigue,emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue in the Cancer Fatigue Scale of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Ling scale in both groups were higher than before intervention,the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education combined with mindful cancer rehabilitation training based theory of planned behavior can alleviate cancer-related fatigue,improve mental resilience and improve life quality in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy.
