Analysis of Curative Effect of Predictive Trauma Nursing on Emergency Patients with Traumatic Fracture
Objective:To analyze the effect of predictive trauma nursing on emergency patients with traumatic fracture(TF).Methods:A total of 40 cases of emergency TF patients in the emergency department of Tianjin People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.Patients admitted from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group, and patients admitted from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group, with 20 cases each. The control group received emergency routine nursing, and the observation group received predictive trauma nursing on the basis of control group. The success rate of rescue, effective first aid time, hospital stay, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the rescue success rate of the observation group was 100.00%higher than 80.00%of the control group, the effective rescue time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter, the complication rate of the observation group was 5.00%lower than 25.00%of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%higher than 70.00%of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of emergency TF patients, predictive trauma nursing is a relatively ideal nursing method, which is helpful to improve the success rate of rescue, reduce complications, shorten the effective rescue time and hospital stay, and improve nursing satisfaction.
