Comparison of Therapeutic Efficacy of Amiodarone and Propafenone in Patients with Tachyarrhythmia
Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of Amiodarone and Propafenone on patients with tachyarrhythmia. Methods:A total of 102 tachyarrhythmia patients admitted to the Department of Emergency in Linyi Central Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Propafenone and the experimental group was treated with Amiodarone. The therapeutic effect, cardiac function indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.16%,which was higher than 76.47%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction of experimental group was higher than that of control group, cardiac output and late diastolic peak(peak A)velocity were faster than those of control group, late diastolic peak(peak E)velocity was slower than that of control group, and E/A level was lower than that of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.92%,which was lower than 15.69%in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Propafenone,Amiodarone has more significant therapeutic effect on tachyarrhythmia patients, which can effectively improve the cardiac function index and control the disease of patients, and has fewer clinical adverse reactions.
