Clinical Effect of Artificial Pneumothorax Combined with Single Cavity Tracheal Intubation and Thoracoscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Patients with Hand Hidrosis
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of artificial pneumothorax combined with single cavity tracheal intubation and thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of patients with hand hidrosis. Methods:A total of 60 patients with hand hidrosis admitted to Yingde People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2024 were selected as research objects. They were divided into a control group and a combination group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with double cavity tracheal intubation thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery, the combined group was treated with artificial pneumothorax combined with single cavity tracheal intubation thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery. The therapeutic effect, perioperative indexes, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The effective rate of treatment in both groups was 100.00%.The total length of incision, operation time and hospital stay in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group, the score of pain degree at 6 h after surgery was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).One month after operation, the life quality score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation, the incidence of complications in the combined group was 10.00%,compared with 15.00%in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of artificial pneumothorax combined with single cavity tracheal intubation thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery for patients with hand hidrosis can reduce the intraoperative injury and postoperative pain, shorten the recovery time of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and have certain safety and effectiveness.
