Clinical Study of Levocarnitine Injection Combined with Lanthanum Carbonate Chewable Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure Maintenance Hemodialysis
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of Levocarnitine Injection combined with Lanthanum Carbonate Chewable Tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis admitted to the Department of Nephrology in Cao County People's Hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group and a study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levocarnitine Injection,and the study group was combined treated with Lanthanum Carbonate Chewable Tablets on the basis of the control group.The renal function indexes,bone metabolism indexes,calcium and phosphorus metabolism indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the renal function indexs of the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The contents of bone alkaline phosphatase,parathyroid hormone and fibroblast growth factor-23 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the content of bone morphogenetic protein was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The calcium and phosphorus indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levocarnitine Injection combined with Lanthanum Carbonate Chewable Tablets can effectively improve renal function in patients with chronic renal failure maintenance hemodialysis,is beneficial to the recovery of bone metabolism and calcium and phosphorus metabolism and has certain safety.
