Objective:To investigate the anticoagulant effect of Rivaroxaban Tablets in the treatment of atrial fibrillation(AF)patients after radiofrequency ablation. Methods:A total of 55 patients with AF admitted to Fei County People's Hospital from July 2023 to Janury 2024 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into a study group(n=30)and a control group(n=25)according to random number table method. All patients received radiofrequency ablation. After surgery, the control group was treated with Warfarin Sodium Tablets and the study group was treated with Rivaroxaban Tablets. The therapeutic effect, bleeding situation, coagulation function and operation related indexes were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the incidence of thromboembolic events in the study group was 3.33%,which was lower than20.00%in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in treatment efficiency, bleeding situation, coagulation function and surgical related indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rivaroxaban Tablet can significantly reduce the risk of thromboembolism in AF patients after radiofrequency ablation, and has no significant effect on bleeding, coagulation function and surgery-related indicators, and it has certain effectiveness and safety.
