Effect of Air Pressure Wave Combined with Active and Passive Lower Limb Exercise Rehabilitation on Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia
Objective:To investigate the effect of air pressure wave combined with active and passive lower limb exercise rehabilitation on stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods:A total of 60 patients with hemiplegia from April to October 2023 in Shanghai Jinshan District Zhongren Geriatric Nursing Hospital were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with drug therapy and routine training, the control group was treated with active and passive exercise rehabilitation of lower limbs, and the study group was treated with air pressure wave combined therapy on the basis of the control group. The difference of leg circumference diameter, lower limb muscle strength and occrrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After 1,2 and 4 weeks of intervention, the leg circumference diameter difference of the affected limbs in the study group was smaller than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Four weeks after intervention, the lower limb muscle strength of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.67%,lower than 30.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Air pressure wave combined with lower limb active and passive exercise rehabilitation can effectively improve the lower limb muscle strength of stroke patients with hemiplegia, reduce the leg circumference difference of healthy limbs, and reduce the incidence of complications.
