中文摘要：目的:探讨中药熏洗联合中医护理应用于糖尿病痹证患者护理中的效果。方法:选取 2023年 1-12 月德州市中医院收治的 68例糖尿病痹证患者为研究对象，按照随机抽签法将患者分为对照组与观察组，每组 34例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上加用中药熏洗联合中医护理。对比两组的神经传导速度、生活质量、症状改善情况及护理满意度。结果:护理后，观察组正中神经、腓神经的运动传导速度、感觉传导速度均快于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。护理后，观察组健康调查简表中的社会功能、生理职能、活力、精神健康、总体健康及情感职能评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。护理后，观察组多伦多临床评分系统中的感觉功能、神经症状、神经反射评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组护理满意度为 94。12%，高于对照组的 73。53%，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:在糖尿病痹证患者的护理中，采用中药熏洗联合中医护理效果理想，有助于加快神经传导速度，减轻患者症状表现，提高生活质量与护理满意度。

外文摘要：Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with troditional Chinese medicine nursing in the nursing of diabetic arthralgia patients.Methods:A total of 68 patients with diabetic arthralgia treated in Dezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random lottery method,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.Nerve conduction velocity,quality of life,symptom improvement and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the motor conduction velocity and sensory conduction velocity of median nerve and peroneal nerve in the observation group were faster than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of social function,physiological function,vitality,mental health,general health and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of sensory function,neurological symptoms and neurological reflex of the Toronto Clinical Scoring Systemin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 73.53%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with diabetic arthralgia,the use of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with troditional Chinese medicine nursing is ideal,which can help to speed up nerve conduction,reduce the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
