Influence of Swallowing Rehabilitation Training Combined with Positive Incentive Nursing on Patients with Swallowing Disorder after Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To analyze the effect of swallowing rehabilitation training combined with positive incentive nursing in patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 82 patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction admitted to Beichen Hospitalfrom January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received swallowing rehabilitation training intervention, and the observation group was combined with positive incentive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect, stigma, swallowing function, oral eating ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 82.93%of the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of chronic disease stigma scale and standard swallowing function rating scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the Saito's rating scale grade was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing, the stroke impact scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, all dimensions of Stroke Impact Scale scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Swallowing rehabilitation training combined with positive incentive nursing is effective in patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction, which can reduce the stigma of patients, improve the swallowing function and oral eating ability, and improve the quality of life.
