Objective:To study the effect of integrated diet nursing combined with exercise rehabilitation on elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with diabetes.Methods:Sixty-eight elderly patients with chronic heart failure combined with diabetes treated in Tianjin Chest Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received conventional diet nursing intervention, while the study group received integrated diet nursing combined with exercise rehabilitation intervention. The nutritional status, cardiac function, blood glucose index and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:After 90 days of intervention, albumin, transferrin and prealbumin in both groups were higher than before treatment, and the study group were higher than the control group;fasting blood glucose,2 h postmeal blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the study group were lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 90 days of intervention, the heart function of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.05%,which was higher than 70.58%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated diet nursing combined with exercise rehabilitation can improve the nutritional status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with diabetes mellitus type 2,improve cardiac function and nursing satisfaction, and control blood sugar.
